Application for annulment of the decision rejecting the applicant’s request for compensation for the harm suffered as a result of the infringement alleged of the applicant’s right to confidentiality caused by the defendant’s sending a letter concerning him to a lawyer who did not represent him.

Operative part of the order

There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the action in Case F-58/13 Marcuccio v Commission.

2.

Mr Marcuccio shall bear his own costs and pay the costs incurred by the European Commission.
