    COUNCIL ASSENT No 1/98 pursuant to Article 55(2)(c) of the ECSC Treaty (98/C 219/10)

    In a letter dated 27 March 1998, the European Commission requested the Council's assent, pursuant to Article 55(2)(c) of the ECSC Treaty, to the granting of financial aid for steel technical research projects and pilot/demonstration projects.

    The Council gave its assent at its meeting on 29 June 1998.
