Addendum to COM(2009) 665 finalCommunication from the Commission to the European Parliament and the CouncilConsequences of the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon for ongoing interinstitutional decision-making procedures

Following the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon, the Commission adopted a communication on the consequences of the Treaty's entry into force for ongoing interinstitutional decision-making procedures (COM(2009) 665 final).

The purpose of this addendum is to amend that communication.

More specifically, the purpose is to delete from Annex 4 a number of proposals that have been adopted by the legislator.

Also in Annex 4, for six proposals the applicable procedure has been amended, for four proposals the reference to the legal basis has been amended and two proposals have been added.

A further three proposals have been moved from Annex 4 to Annex 1, while two proposals have been added to the latter. This is, therefore, a formal amendment of the proposals concerned. Lastly, two proposals have been deleted from Annex 1.

ANNEX 1

(a) Add the following proposals:

COM(2006) 168 – Amended proposal for a EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL DIRECTIVE on criminal measures aimed at ensuring the enforcement of intellectual property rights [based on Article 95]. Article 83(2) TFEU.
