DÉCISION DE LA COMMISSION

du 5 mai 1986

modifiant la décision 83/384/CEE en ce qui concerne la liste des établissements d'Australie agréés pour l'importation de viandes fraîches dans la Communauté

LA COMMISSION DES COMMUNAUTÉS EUROPÉENNES, vu le traité instituant la Communauté économique européenne,

vu la directive 72/462/CEE du Conseil, du 12 décembre 1972, concernant des problèmes sanitaires et de police sanitaire lors de l'importation d'animaux des espèces bovine et porcine et des viandes fraîches en provenance des pays tiers (1), modifiée en dernier lieu par le règlement (CEE) no 3768/85 (2), et notamment son article 4 paragraphe 1 et son article 18 paragraphe 1,

vu la directive 77/96/CEE du Conseil, du 21 décembre 1976, relative à la recherche de trichines lors des importations, en provenance des pays tiers, des viandes fraîches provenant d'animaux domestiques de l'espèce porcine (3), modifiée en dernier lieu par le règlement (CEE) no 3768/85, et notamment son article 4,

considérant que la liste des établissements d'Australie agréés pour l'importation de viandes fraîches dans la Communauté a été établie initialement dans la décision 83/384/CEE de la Commission (4), modifiée en dernier lieu par la décision 86/148/CEE (5);

considérant qu'une inspection de routine effectuée en application de l'article 5 de la directive 72/462/CEE et de l'article 3 paragraphe 1 de la décision 83/196/CEE de la Commission, du 8 avril 1983, relative aux contrôles sur place effectués dans le cadre du régime applicable aux importations d'animaux des espèces bovine et porcine ainsi que de viandes fraîches en provenance des pays tiers (6), a fait apparaître que le niveau d'hygiène d'un établissement a subi des changements par rapport à la précédente inspection;

considérant qu'il est nécessaire de modifier en conséquence la liste des établissements;

considérant que les mesures prévues à la présente décision sont conformes à l'avis du comité vétérinaire permanent,

A ARRÊTÉ LA PRÉSENTE DÉCISION:

Article premier

L'annexe de la décision 83/384/CEE est remplacée par l'annexe de la présente décision.

Article 2

Les États membres sont destinataires de la présente décision.
