Article premier
Liste des pays tiers reconnus
La liste des pays tiers reconnus aux fins de l’équivalence au titre de l’article 33, paragraphe 2, du règlement (CE) no 834/2007 figure à l’annexe I du présent règlement.
Article 2
Liste des autorités et organismes de contrôle reconnus
La liste des autorités et organismes de contrôle reconnus aux fins de l’équivalence au titre de l’article 33, paragraphe 3, du règlement (CE) no 834/2007 figure à l’annexe II du présent règlement.
Article 3
Entrée en vigueur et application
Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le troisième jour suivant celui de sa publication au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne.
Il est applicable à partir du 1er janvier 2022.
L’article 1er est applicable jusqu’au 31 décembre 2026.
L’article 2 est applicable jusqu’au 31 décembre 2024.
Le présent règlement est obligatoire dans tous ses éléments et directement applicable dans tout État membre.

Conformément à l’article 17, paragraphe 1, point f), du règlement (CE) no 834/2007, lors de leur commercialisation dans l’Union, les animaux et les produits d’origine animale produits pendant la période de conversion ne comportent pas les indications visées aux articles 23 et 24 dudit règlement, utilisées pour étiqueter les produits et faire de la publicité à leur sujet. Ces produits sont donc également exclus des reconnaissances relatives aux catégories de produits B et D pour tous les pays tiers énumérés dans la présente annexe.

Les ingrédients doivent être certifiés par une autorité ou un organisme de contrôle reconnus conformément à l’article 33, paragraphe 3, du règlement (CE) no 834/2007, ou produits et certifiés dans un pays tiers reconnu en vertu de l’article 33, paragraphe 2, dudit règlement, ou produits et certifiés dans l’Union conformément audit règlement. |
