RÈGLEMENT (CE) N o 1038/2007 DE LA COMMISSION
du 7 septembre 2007
modifiant le règlement (CE) no 2368/2002 du Conseil mettant en œuvre le système de certification du processus de Kimberley pour le commerce international des diamants bruts
LA COMMISSION DES COMMUNAUTÉS EUROPÉENNES,
vu le traité instituant la Communauté européenne,
vu le règlement (CE) no 2368/2002 du Conseil du 20 décembre 2002 mettant en œuvre le système de certification du processus de Kimberley pour le commerce international des diamants bruts (1), et notamment ses articles 19 et 20,
considérant ce qui suit:

Par son avis du 13 août 2007, la présidence du système de certification du processus de Kimberley a décidé d’ajouter la Turquie à la liste des participants à ce processus à compter du 14 août 2007. |
|
(2) |
Le Venezuela a notifié à la Commission les modifications aux informations relatives à son autorité compétente. |
|
(3) |
L’annexe II doit dès lors être modifiée en conséquence, |
A ARRÊTÉ LE PRÉSENT RÈGLEMENT:
Article premier
L’annexe II du règlement (CE) no 2368/2002 est remplacée par le texte figurant dans l’annexe I du présent règlement.
Article 2
Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le jour suivant celui de sa publication au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne.
Il est applicable à partir du 14 août 2007.
Le présent règlement est obligatoire dans tous ses éléments et directement applicable dans tout État membre.
