RÈGLEMENT (CE) N o 613/2007 DE LA COMMISSION
du 1er juin 2007
modifiant le règlement (CE) no 2368/2002 du Conseil mettant en œuvre le système de certification du processus de Kimberley pour le commerce international des diamants bruts
LA COMMISSION DES COMMUNAUTÉS EUROPÉENNES,
vu le traité instituant la Communauté européenne,
vu le règlement (CE) no 2368/2002 du Conseil du 20 décembre 2002 mettant en œuvre le système de certification du processus de Kimberley pour le commerce international des diamants bruts (1), et notamment ses articles 19 et 20,
considérant ce qui suit:

Par son avis du 3 mai 2007, la présidence du système de certification du processus de Kimberley a décidé d'ajouter le Liberia à la liste des participants, à compter du 4 mai 2007. |
|

L'annexe II doit donc être modifiée en conséquence. Les modifications de l'annexe II s'appliquent sans préjudice des règles particulières du règlement (CE) no 234/2004 du Conseil du 10 février 2004 imposant certaines mesures restrictives à l'égard du Liberia et abrogeant le règlement (CE) no 1030/2003 (2). |

L'Allemagne a informé la Commission des modifications des adresses de ses autorités communautaires respectives. |

L'annexe III doit être modifiée en conséquence, |
A ARRÊTÉ LE PRÉSENT RÈGLEMENT:
Article premier
L'annexe II du règlement (CE) no 2368/2002 est remplacée par le texte figurant dans l'annexe I du présent règlement.
Article 2
L'annexe III du règlement (CE) no 2368/2002 est remplacée par le texte figurant dans l'annexe II du présent règlement.
Article 3
Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le jour suivant celui de sa publication au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne.
Il est applicable avec effet au 4 mai 2007.
Le présent règlement est obligatoire dans tous ses éléments et directement applicable dans tout État membre.
