- Panama communicated to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) the launch of a process to withdraw the concessions in its WTO schedule providing for tariff rate quotas on liquid milk and evaporated milk. This initiative will enable the European Commission to negotiate an agreement with Panama for compensation under the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade.
