Règlement (CE) no 913/2004 de la Commission du 29 avril 2004 modifiant le règlement (CE) n° 2368/2002 du Conseil mettant en oeuvre le système de certification du processus de Kimberley pour le commerce international des diamants bruts LA COMMISSION DES COMMUNAUTÉS EUROPÉENNES, vu le traité instituant la Communauté européenne, vu le règlement (CE) n° 2368/2002 du Conseil du 20 décembre 2002 mettant en oeuvre le système de certification du processus de Kimberley pour le commerce international des diamants bruts(1), modifié en dernier lieu par le règlement (CE) n° 657/2004(2) de la Commission, et notamment son article 20, considérant ce qui suit: (1) L'article 20 du règlement (CE) n° 2368/2002 prévoit de modifier la liste des participants au système de certification du processus de Kimberley figurant dans l'annexe II. (2) La Hongrie, la Pologne, la République tchèque et la Slovénie sont énumérées dans la liste des participants au système de certification du processus de Kimberley figurant dans l'annexe II. (3) Dans la perspective de leur adhésion à l'Union européenne le 1er mai 2004, la Hongrie, la Pologne, la République tchèque et la Slovénie cessent d'être participants en tant que tels au système de certification du processus de Kimberley le 30 avril 2004 et doivent donc être supprimées de la liste des participants. L'annexe II doit être modifiée en conséquence, A ARRÊTÉ LE PRÉSENT RÈGLEMENT: Article premier L'annexe II du règlement (CE) n° 2368/2002 est remplacée par l'annexe du présent règlement. Article 2 Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Journal officiel de l'Union européenne. Il est applicable à partir du 1er mai 2004. Le présent règlement est obligatoire dans tous ses éléments et directement applicable dans tout État membre. Fait à Bruxelles, le 29 avril 2004.
