KOMISJONI RAKENDUSMÄÄRUS (EL) nr 622/2013,
25. juuni 2013,
millega muudetakse nõukogu määrust (EÜ) nr 2368/2002 Kimberley protsessi sertifitseerimissüsteemi rakendamise kohta töötlemata teemantide rahvusvahelises kaubanduses
EUROOPA KOMISJON,
võttes arvesse Euroopa Liidu toimimise lepingut,
võttes arvesse nõukogu 20. detsembri 2002. aasta määrust (EÜ) nr 2368/2002 Kimberley protsessi sertifitseerimissüsteemi rakendamise kohta töötlemata teemantide rahvusvahelises kaubanduses, (1) eriti selle artiklit 20,
ning arvestades järgmist:

Määruse (EÜ) nr 2368/2002 II lisas on loetletud Kimberley protsessi sertifitseerimissüsteemi osalised ja nende nõuetekohaselt nimetatud pädevad asutused. |

(2) |
23. mail 2013 esitas Kimberley protsessi eesistuja märgukirja, milles kinnitas, et Kimberley protsessi osalised otsustasid kirjaliku menetluse teel mitte saata ega võtta vastu töötlemata teemantide saadetisi Kesk-Aafrika Vabariigist seni, kuni saadakse selgust kõnealuse riigi võime kohta tagada Kimberley protsessi miinimumstandardite järgimine. |

Määruse (EÜ) nr 2368/2002 II lisa tuleks seega vastavalt muuta. |

(4) |
Käesoleva määrusega ette nähtud meetmed on kooskõlas määruse (EÜ) nr 2368/2002 artiklis 22 osutatud komitee arvamusega. |
|
(5) |
Tagamaks käesolevas määruses sätestatud meetmete mõjusust, peaks määrus jõustuma viivitamata, |
ON VASTU VÕTNUD KÄESOLEVA MÄÄRUSE:
Artikkel 1
Määruse (EÜ) nr 2368/2002 II lisa asendatakse käesoleva määruse lisas esitatud tekstiga.
Artikkel 2
Käesolev määrus jõustub Euroopa Liidu Teatajas avaldamise päeval.
Käesolev määrus on tervikuna siduv ja vahetult kohaldatav kõikides liikmesriikides.
