KOMISJONI MÄÄRUS (EÜ) nr 1285/2005,

millega muudetakse nõukogu määrust (EÜ) nr 2368/2002 Kimberley protsessi sertifitseerimissüsteemi rakendamise kohta töötlemata teemantide rahvusvahelises kaubanduses
EUROOPA ÜHENDUSTE KOMISJON,
võttes arvesse Euroopa Ühenduse asutamislepingut,
võttes arvesse nõukogu määrust (EÜ) nr 2368/2002, 20. detsember 2002, Kimberley protsessi sertifitseerimissüsteemi rakendamise kohta töötlemata teemantide rahvusvahelises kaubanduses, (1) eriti selle artiklit 20,
ning arvestades järgmist:

EÜ määruse nr 2368/2002 artiklis 20 on sätestatud Kimberley protsessi sertifitseerimissüsteemis osalejate II lisas esitatud nimekirja muutmine. |

(2) |
Kimberley protsessi sertifitseerimissüsteemi eesistuja otsustas 27. juulil 2005 teatisega lisada Indoneesia süsteemis osalejate nimekirja alates 1. augustist 2005. Seetõttu tuleks vastavalt muuta II lisa, |
ON VASTU VÕTNUD KÄESOLEVA MÄÄRUSE:
Artikkel 1
Määruse (EÜ) nr 2368/2002 II lisa asendatakse käesoleva määruse lisaga.
Artikkel 2
Käesolev määrus jõustub Euroopa Liidu Teatajas avaldamise päeval.
Käesolevat määrust kohaldatakse alates 1. augustist 2005.
Käesolev määrus on tervikuna siduv ja vahetult kohaldatav kõikides liikmesriikides.
