KOMISJONI MÄÄRUS (EÜ) nr 1268/2008,
12. detsember 2008,
millega muudetakse nõukogu määrust (EÜ) nr 2368/2002 Kimberley protsessi sertifitseerimissüsteemi rakendamise kohta töötlemata teemantide rahvusvahelises kaubanduses
EUROOPA ÜHENDUSTE KOMISJON,
võttes arvesse Euroopa Ühenduse asutamislepingut,
võttes arvesse nõukogu 20. detsembri 2002. aasta määrust (EÜ) nr 2368/2002 Kimberley protsessi sertifitseerimissüsteemi rakendamise kohta töötlemata teemantide rahvusvahelises kaubanduses, (1) eriti selle artiklit 20,
ning arvestades järgmist:

Kimberley protsessi Delhis toimunud täiskogu istungil vaadati läbi nende osaliste nimekiri, kes vastavad Kimberley protsessi miinimumnõuetele. |
|
(2) |
Kimberley protsessi mõnede osaliste asutuste aadresse on vaja ajakohastada. |
|
(3) |
II lisa tuleks vastavalt muuta, |
ON VASTU VÕTNUD KÄESOLEVA MÄÄRUSE:
Artikkel 1
Määruse (EÜ) nr 2368/2002 II lisa asendatakse käesoleva määruse I lisaga.
Artikkel 2
Käesolev määrus jõustub järgmisel päeval pärast selle avaldamist Euroopa Liidu Teatajas.
Käesolev määrus on tervikuna siduv ja vahetult kohaldatav kõikides liikmesriikides.
