    NÕUKOGU OTSUS,

    12. juuli 2005,

    millega muudetakse otsust 2001/264/EÜ, millega võetakse vastu nõukogu julgeolekueeskirjad

    (2005/571/EÜ)

    EUROOPA LIIDU NÕUKOGU,

    võttes arvesse Euroopa Ühenduse asutamislepingut, eriti selle artikli 207 lõiget 3,

    võttes arvesse nõukogu 22. märtsi 2004. aasta otsust 2004/338/EÜ, Euratom, millega võetakse vastu nõukogu kodukord, (1) eriti selle artiklit 24,

    ning arvestades järgmist:

    Otsusele 2001/264/EÜ (2) lisatud Euroopa Liidu Nõukogu julgeolekueeskirjade liites 2 on tabel siseriiklike salastatuse tasemete võrdluste kohta. Tabelit on muudetud 10. veebruari 2004. aasta otsusega 2004/194/EÜ, millega muudetakse otsust 2001/264/EÜ. (3)

    Prantsusmaa ja Madalmaad on teavitanud nõukogu peasekretariaati oma vastavate salastatuse tasemete muutustest.

    Seetõttu tuleks nõukogu otsust 2001/264/EÜ vastavalt muuta,

    ON TEINUD JÄRGMISE OTSUSE:

    Artikkel 1

    Otsuse 2001/264/EÜ liited 1 ja 2 asendatakse käesoleva otsuse lisas oleva tekstiga.

    Artikkel 2

    Käesolev otsus jõustub selle Euroopa Liidu Teatajas avaldamise päeval.
