CATÁLOGO COMÚN DE VARIEDADES DE ESPECIES DE PLANTAS HORTÍCOLAS

1.El presente suplemento del catálogo común de variedades de especies de plantas hortícolas
recoge las modificaciones que ha sido necesario introducir para tener en cuenta la información que la Comisión ha recibido de los Estados miembros.
2.El presente suplemento abarca las notificaciones recibidas del 1 al 30 de junio de 2025.
3.Las modificaciones introducidas en la versión consolidada se indican del modo siguiente:
—(add.):
indica una nueva posición introducida en el catálogo común;
—(mod.):
indica una modificación de una posición existente. las indicaciones relativas a esta posición en el presente suplemento sustituyen a las que figuraban en la versión consolidada;
—(del.):
indica que se suprimen del catálogo común la posición y todas las indicaciones relativas a ella.
4.El presente suplemento se refiere a las variedades notificadas a las que se aplican las disposiciones establecidas en el artículo 16, apartado 1, de la Directiva 2002/55/CE del Consejo
.
5.Cuando el código del conservador no aparezca en la versión consolidada, su nombre y dirección podrán obtenerse de la autoridad indicada en la lista del Estado miembro o del país de la AELC correspondiente.
