REGLAMENTO (CE) N o 613/2007 DE LA COMISIÓN
de 1 de junio de 2007
que modifica el Reglamento (CE) no 2368/2002 del Consejo por el que se aplica el sistema de certificación del proceso de Kimberley para el comercio internacional de diamantes en bruto
LA COMISIÓN DE LAS COMUNIDADES EUROPEAS,
Visto el Tratado constitutivo de la Comunidad Europea,
Visto el Reglamento (CE) no 2368/2002 del Consejo, de 20 de diciembre de 2002, por el que se aplica el sistema de certificación del proceso de Kimberley para el comercio internacional de diamantes en bruto (1), y, en particular, sus artículos 19 y 20,
Considerando lo siguiente:

La Presidencia del sistema de certificación del proceso de Kimberley, a través de su notificación de 3 de mayo de 2007, ha decidido añadir Liberia a la lista de los participantes a partir del 4 de mayo de 2007. |
|
(2) |
Procede modificar el anexo II en consecuencia, sin perjuicio de las normas específicas del Reglamento (CE) no 234/2004 del Consejo, de 10 de febrero de 2004, relativo a determinadas medidas restrictivas contra Liberia y por el que se deroga el Reglamento (CE) no 1030/2003 (2). |

(3) |
Alemania ha informado a la Comisión de cambios en los datos de sus autoridades comunitarias respectivas. |
|
(4) |
Procede modificar el anexo III en consecuencia. |
HA ADOPTADO EL PRESENTE REGLAMENTO:
Artículo 1
El anexo II del Reglamento (CE) no 2368/2002 se sustituye por el texto que figura en el anexo I del presente Reglamento.
Artículo 2
El anexo III del Reglamento (CE) no 2368/2002 se sustituye por el texto que figura en el anexo II del presente Reglamento.
Artículo 3
El presente Reglamento entrará en vigor el día siguiente al de su publicación en el Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea.
Será aplicable a partir del 4 de mayo de 2007.
El presente Reglamento será obligatorio en todos sus elementos y directamente aplicable en cada Estado miembro.
