The following information is brought to the attention of Hadi ZAHOURIAN (No.1), Mohammad Shahab KHANIAN (No.2), Ehsan Rahat VARNOSFADRANI (No. 3), persons appearing in the Annex to Council Decision (CFSP) 2023/1532 (1) and in Annex III to Council Regulation (EU) 2023/1529 (2) concerning restrictive measures in view of Iran’s military support to Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine.

The Council envisages maintaining the restrictive measures against the above-mentioned persons with amended statements of reasons.

Those persons are hereby informed that they may submit a request to the Council to obtain the envisaged statements of reasons, before 7 May 2024 , to the following address:
