1.   Qualifications

You must have a level of education corresponding to completed university studies attested by one of the following qualifications in Austrian or German law:

Juristische Ausbildung im deutschen oder im österreichischen Recht, die mit der deutschen Ersten juristischen Prüfung bzw. mit dem österreichischen Magister der Rechtswissenschaften abgeschlossen wurde.

Candidates who followed a 3-year degree course must also have obtained at least 1 year’s appropriate professional experience.

To determine whether a candidate has attained a level corresponding to completed university studies, the selection board will take into account the rules in force at the time when the diploma was awarded.’,
