The Agreement between the European Union and the Swiss Confederation establishing a framework for the participation of the Swiss Confederation in European Union crisis management operations signed in Zürich on 5 March 2026, entered into force on 1 April 2026, on the first day of the month following the mutual notification by the Parties that their internal procedures provided for in Article 17(1) of the Agreement have been completed.
