replacing a member of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems for Belgium

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the coordination of social security systems (1), and in particular Article 75 thereof,

Whereas:

(1)	By Decision of 10 October 2025 (2), the Council appointed members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems for the period from 20 October 2025 to 19 October 2030.

(2)	A seat as member in the representatives of employers’ organisations category has fallen vacant as a result of the resignation of Ms Ineke DE BISSCHOP.

(3)	Belgium has nominated a candidate for the vacant seat,

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

Ms Monica DE JONGHE is appointed member of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems in place of Ms Ineke DE BISSCHOP for the remainder of the current term of office, ending on 19 October 2030.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
