COUNCIL DECISION

replacing an alternate member of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work for Austria

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Decision of 22 July 2003 setting up an Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work (1), and in particular Article 3 thereof,

Whereas:

(1)	By Decision of 5 March 2025 (2), the Council appointed full members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work for the period from 6 March 2025 to 5 March 2028.

(2)	A seat as alternate member in the representatives of employers’ organisations category has fallen vacant as a result of the resignation of Mr Clemens ROSENMAYR.

(3)	Austria has submitted a candidate for the vacant seat,

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

Ms Katja SCHAGER is appointed alternate member of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work in place of Mr Clemens ROSENMAYR for the remainder of the current term of office, ending on 5 March 2028.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
