Form of order sought

The applicant claims the General Court should:

award the applicant compensation in the amount of EUR 4 080 in respect of financial damage and EUR 10 000 in respect of non-material damage;

exclude the applicability of the Regulation (1) on the ground that it is unlawful or order any appropriate measure to address its unlawful nature;

annul the regulation on the ground that it is unlawful;

order the Commission to pay costs in the amount of EUR 5 000.

Pleas in law and main arguments

In support of the action, the applicant relies on a single plea in law which is similar or identical to that relied on in Case T-876/25, Raja v Commission.
