Notice is hereby given of the launch of two dedicated calls for proposals (i.e. one Big Tickets in coal and one Big Tickets call in steel) and related activities in 2026 under the Work Programme 2026 of the Research Fund for Coal and Steel programme (2021-2027).

The Commission has adopted the RFCS Work Programme 2026 by Decision C(2026)757 of 11 February 2026.

Proposals are invited for these calls, with deadline on 6 May 2026. The RFCS Work Programme 2026 related to the Big Tickets calls, including objectives, deadlines and budgets, is available through the Funding & Tender opportunities website along with information on the modalities of the calls and related activities and the information for applicants on how to submit proposals:
