The following information is brought to the attention of Ali Reza KHANCHI, person listed in Annex II to Council Decision 2010/413/CFSP (1) and in Annex IX to Council Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 (2) concerning restrictive measures against Iran.

The Council envisages maintaining the restrictive measures against the above-mentioned person with a new statement of reasons and information. This person is hereby informed that they may submit a request to the Council to obtain the information related to the maintaining of restrictive measures, before 25 February 2026 , to the following address:
