On 12 December 2025, the European Commission received notification (1) of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (2) (‘Merger Regulation’).

On 22 January 2026, the notifying parties informed the Commission that they withdrew their notification.
