By his action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, first, annulment of the decision of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) of 5 May 2023, by which the latter rejected the request for assistance which he had submitted following the psychological harassment to which he claims to have been subjected and, second, compensation for the non-material damage which he claims to have suffered as a result of that decision.

Operative part of the judgment

The Court:

Dismisses the action;

2.

Orders CQ to pay the costs.
