COUNCIL DECISION

replacing a full member of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work for Slovakia

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Decision of 22 July 2003 setting up an Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work (1), and in particular Article 3 thereof,

Whereas:

(1)	By Decision of 5 March 2025 (2), the Council appointed full members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work for the period from 6 March 2025 to 5 March 2028.

(2)	A seat as full member in the government representatives category has fallen vacant as a result of the resignation of Mr Adam ŠULÍK.

(3)	Slovakia has submitted a candidate for the vacant seat,

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

Ms Kristína ŽAŤKOVÁ is appointed full member of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work in place of Mr Adam ŠULÍK for the remainder of the current term of office, ending on 5 March 2028.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
