Re:

By their actions under Article 263 TFEU, the applicants seek the annulment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/423 of 31 January 2024, entering a name in the register of protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications (‘Sel de Camargue/Fleur de Sel de Camargue’ (PGI)) (OJ L, 2024/423).

The Court:

1.	Joins Cases T-191/24, T-192/24 and T-193/24 for the purposes of the judgment;

2.	Dismisses the actions as inadmissible;

3.	Orders Association pour la Promotion du Sel Artisanal, Association des producteurs de sel marin de l’Île de Ré and Terras de Sal – Comércio e Transformação de Sal Marinho Tradicional each to bear their own costs and pay those incurred by the European Commission;

4.	Orders the French Republic to bear its own costs.
