Following selection procedure COM/2025/459, the Commission decided to appoint Mr Gustavo Enrique LUENGO HERNANDEZ DE MADRID to the post of Hearing Officer in trade proceedings with effect from 1.11.2025, in accordance with Article 3 of Decision (EU) 2019/339 of the President of the European Commission of 21 February 2019 on the function and terms of reference of the hearing officer in certain trade proceedings (1).
