Designation of the Chambers responsible for cases of the kind referred to in Article 107 of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of Justice (urgent preliminary ruling procedure)

At its General Meeting on 9 October 2024, the Court, pursuant to Article 11(2) of the Rules of Procedure, designated the Second and Third Chambers as the Chambers responsible for cases of the kind referred to in Article 107 of those rules for the period from 9 October 2024 to 6 October 2025.
