Following their appointment as Judges at the Court of Justice for the period from 7 October 2024 to 6 October 2030 by decisions of the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States of the European Union of 27 March 2024, (1) 22 May 2024, (2) and 3 July 2024, (3) Mr Stéphane Gervasoni, Mr Massimo Condinanzi, Ms Ramona Frendo, Mr Fredrik Schalin and Mr Bernardus Smulders took the oath before the Court of Justice on 7 October 2024.

Following his appointment as Judge at the Court of Justice for the period from 7 October 2024 to 6 October 2027 by decision of the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States of the European Union of 2 October 2024, (4) Mr Niels Fenger took the oath before the Court of Justice on 7 October 2024.

Following their appointment as Advocates General at the Court of Justice for the period from 7 October 2024 to 6 October 2030 by decisions of the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States of the European Union of 27 March 2024, 1 3 July 2024, 3 and 2 October 2024, (5) Mr Dean Spielmann, Mr Rimvydas Norkus and Mr Andrea Biondi took the oath before the Court of Justice on 7 October 2024.
