Non-opposition to a notified concentration

(Case M.10714 – VGRD / ASSETS OF AUTO-HOLDING DRESDEN)

On 22 June 2022, the Commission decided not to oppose the above notified concentration and to declare it compatible with the internal market. This decision is based on Article 6(1)(b) of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1). The full text of the decision is available only in English and will be made public after it is cleared of any business secrets it may contain. It will be available:

in the merger section of the ‘Competition policy’ website of the Commission (http://ec.europa.eu/competition/mergers/cases/). This website provides various facilities to help locate individual merger decisions, including company, case number, date and sectoral indexes,

Explanatory Notes to the Combined Nomenclature of the European Union

Pursuant to Article 9(1), point (a), of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 (1), the Explanatory Notes to the Combined Nomenclature of the European Union (2) are hereby amended as follows:

On page 210

4202 31 00

to Articles of a kind normally carried in the pocket or in the handbag

4202 39 00

The following text is inserted after the existing text:

‘These subheadings also do not include articles used as protective covers for charging cases for wireless headphones. The covers are shaped to protect the wireless charging case from outside and are sold in many different designs (in one piece or in two pieces, of different material and colours, patterned, with images or text, may be combined with a snap hook etc.). These covers for charging cases for wireless headphones are to be classified according to the constituent material.’
