Decision No 89/2/2.9.2013 of the Committee on Credit and Insurance Matters of the Bank of Greece in relation to:

1.	the prohibition of all new insurance businesses of the above-mentioned company, applicable to all of its activity and the additional amending acts which alter the insurance premiums, the insured capital and the insurance coverage of the existing policyholders;

submission of the reorganisation plans provided for in Article 17(c)(4) and (5) of Legislative Decree 400/1970, as applicable, for the coverage of deficit solvency margin and minimum guarantee fund by 15 September 2013, with implementation deadline of 31 October 2013.

Entry into force: 2 September 2013

Expiry: 31 October 2013;

3.	appointment of the commissioner in accordance with the provisions of Article 17(c)(9) of Legislative Decree 400/1970. All operations relating to the management of the company are null and void unless approved by the commissioner.
