On 30 November 2012, the Commission decided not to oppose the above notified concentration and to declare it compatible with the common market. THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
The following information is brought to the attention of the persons that appear in the Annex to Council Decision 2011/72/CFSP, as amended by Council Decision 2013/72/CFSP (1), and in Annex I to Council Regulation (EU) No 101/2011 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Tunisia.
The Council of the European Union has decided that the persons that appear in the above mentioned Annexes should be included in the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures provided for in Council Decision 2011/72/CFSP concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Tunisia.
The persons concerned may submit a request to the Council, together with supporting documentation, that the decision to include them on the above mentioned list should be reconsidered, to the following address:

Notice of the Government of Denmark pursuant to Council Directive 2009/119/EC imposing an obligation on Member States to maintain minimum stocks of crude oil and/or petroleum products

In accordance with Article 9(4) of Council Directive 2009/119/EC of 14 September 2009 imposing an obligation on Member States to maintain minimum stocks of crude oil and/or petroleum products, Denmark hereby notifies its undertaking to maintain specific stocks.

The level of specific stocks Denmark undertakes to maintain is equivalent to 30 days of average daily consumption. |
|
2. |
The undertaking applies to the period from 1 January 2013 to 30 June 2014. |
|
3. |
Specific stocks will be composed of the following product categories:

The stocks will be owned and held by Foreningen Danske Olieberedskabslagre (FDO), which has been appointed as the Danish CSE. |

Notice of the Republic of Lithuania pursuant to Council Directive 2009/119/EC

In accordance with Article 9(4) of Council Directive 2009/119/EC of 14 September 2009 imposing an obligation on Member States to maintain minimum stocks of crude oil and/or petroleum products (hereinafter ‘Directive’), Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania hereby notifies the undertaking of the Republic of Lithuania to maintain specific stocks (hereinafter ‘undertaking’) to be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
The level of specific stocks the Republic of Lithuania undertakes to maintain is equivalent to 30 days of average daily consumption.
The undertaking applies from 1 January 2013. The finishing date of the undertaking is not determined.
Specific stocks will be composed of the following product categories: motor gasoline and gas/diesel oil. Depending on changes of the inland consumption, fuel oil could be included to fulfill the requirements of Article 9(3) of the Directive.
The undertaking is determined in the new edition of the Law on State Stocks of Petroleum Products and Crude Oil of the Republic of Lithuania (Official Gazette 2012, No 68-3468) which came into force on 1 July 2012.

On 28 January 2013, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertaking Orkla ASA (‘Orkla’, Norway) acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation sole control of the whole of the undertaking Rieber & Søn (‘Rieber’, Norway) by way of purchase of shares. |

The business activities of the undertakings concerned are:

On preliminary examination, the Commission finds that the notified transaction could fall within the scope the EC Merger Regulation. However, the final decision on this point is reserved. |

The Commission invites interested third parties to submit their possible observations on the proposed operation to the Commission. Observations must reach the Commission not later than 10 days following the date of this publication.
