Communication on the invitation to tender for the subsidy on consignments of husked long-grain B rice to Réunion

(2004/C 186/02)

Regulation (EC) No 1275/2004 (OJ L 241, 13.7.2004, p. 8) extended the period for submitting tenders for the subsidy on consignments of husked long-grain B rice to Réunion opened by Regulation (EC) No 1878/2003 (OJ L 275, 25.10.2003, p. 23).

However, for technical reasons, the amendment of the invitation to tender (OJ C 257, 25.10.2003, p. 8) setting the dates for introduction of the offers cannot be published within required time limit. Under these conditions, the extension of the invitation to tender cannot apply.
