WHAT IS THE AIM OF THE AGREEMENT AND THE DECISION?

KEY POINTS

The agreement is divided into titles covering different areas of cooperation.

A joint committee, with representatives of both parties, oversees the implementation of the agreement and the fulfilment of its objectives.

DATE OF ENTRY INTO FORCE

The agreement was signed on 14 December 2022 and will enter into force once it is ratified by the EU Member States, concluded by the EU and ratified by Thailand.
