Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004
On 9 November 2020, the European Commission received notification (1) of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (2) (‘Merger Regulation’).
On 17 November 2020, the notifying parties informed the Commission that they withdrew their notification.
