Notice concerning the anti-dumping and countervailing measures in force on imports into the Union of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in the People’s Republic of China: change of the name of a company subject to the duty rate for cooperating non-sampled companies

Imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in the People’s Republic of China are subject to a definitive anti-dumping duty and countervailing duties imposed by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/367 (1) and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/366 (2), as amended by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1570 (3).

Three companies located in the People’s Republic of China whose exports to the Union of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components are subject to the anti-dumping duty rate for cooperating non-sampled companies of 36,2 % and countervailing duties of 6,4 %, informed the Commission that they had changed their names as set out below.

The companies asked the Commission to confirm that the change of name does not affect the right of the company to benefit from the duty rate applied to the company under its previous name.

The Commission examined the information supplied and concluded that the change of name in no way affects the findings of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/367 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/366, as amended by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1570.

Therefore, the references in Annex 1 to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/366, Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/367 and in the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1570 to:
