On 30 November 2005, Ms Waltraud Hakenberg, Registrar of the European Union Civil Service Tribunal (1), took the oath in accordance with Articles 4 and 20 of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of First Instance and Article 3(4) of Council Decision 2004/752/EC, Euratom of 2 November 2004 establishing the European Union Civil Service Tribunal, and took up her duties for a term of six years expiring on 29 November 2011.
