Having reviewed the geographical indications of the EU protected in the Agreement and in light of Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/674 of 29 April 2019amending Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 110/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the definition, description, presentation, labelling and the protection of geographical indications of spirit drinks(16), the EU requested on November 2020 the removal of the name ‘Polish Cherry’ from Annex 10-B to the Agreement, in accordance with Article 10.25.3(b), as it ceased to be protected in the EU.’,
