COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION (EU) 2021/974

of 9 June 2021

approving the amended national programmes to improve the production and marketing of apiculture products submitted by the Member States under Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council

(notified under document C(2021) 4021)

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EC) No 1037/2001 and (EC) No 1234/2007 (1), and in particular Article 57, first paragraph, point (c), thereof,

Whereas:

Pursuant to Article 3, second paragraph, of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1368 (2), all Member States notified the Commission of the amendments to their national programmes for the production and marketing of apiculture products for the 2021 and 2022 apiculture years.

(2)

The 27 amended national programmes drawn up for the period running from 1 August 2019 until 31 July 2022 were extended until 31 December 2022 in accordance with Article 55(1), second subparagraph, of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013.

The Union contribution to each national programme is to be decided in accordance with Article 4, second paragraph, of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/1366 (3).

The measures provided for in this Decision are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee for the Common Organisation of the Agricultural Markets,

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

The amended national programmes for the production and marketing of apiculture products for the 2021 and 2022 apiculture years submitted by Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland and Sweden are hereby approved.

Article 2

The Union contribution to the national programmes referred to in Article 1 shall be limited to the maximum amounts as laid down in the Annex for the 2021 and 2022 apiculture years.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
