DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 185/2018
of 21 September 2018
amending Annex II (Technical regulations, standards, testing and certification) to the EEA Agreement [2021/299]
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (‘the EEA Agreement’), and in particular Article 98 thereof,
Whereas:

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/524 of 28 March 2018 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011 as regards the extension of the approval periods of the active substances Bacillus subtilis (Cohn 1872) Strain QST 713, identical with strain AQ 713, clodinafop, clopyralid, cyprodinil, dichlorprop-P, fosetyl, mepanipyrim, metconazole, metrafenone, pirimicarb, Pseudomonas chlororaphis strain: MA 342, pyrimethanil, quinoxyfen, rimsulfuron, spinosad, thiacloprid, thiamethoxam, thiram, tolclofos-methyl, triclopyr, trinexapac, triticonazole and ziram (1) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |

Annex II to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
The following indent is added in point 13a (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011) of Chapter XV of Annex II to the EEA Agreement:

Article 2
The text of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/524 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 22 September 2018, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made (*1).
Article 4
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
