The Protocol between the European Community and its Member States and the Republic of Lebanon establishing a dispute settlement mechanism applicable to disputes under the trade provisions of the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement establishing an association between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Lebanon, of the other part, signed in Brussels on 11 November 2010, shall, pursuant to its Article 23, enter into as from 1 September 2018.
