 This supplement to the 2021 consolidated version of the common catalogue of varieties of vegetable species (1) takes up the modifications which have been necessary to add, in order to take into account information that the Commission has received from the Member States.

2.

 The present supplement follows the subdivision adopted in the 2021 consolidated version. Reference can be made to the legend of this edition.

3.

 This supplement covers the notifications received from 1 to 30 November 2021.

4.

 The modifications made to the 2021 consolidated version are indicated in column 4 in the following way:

:

means a new position introduced into the common catalogue;

—

(mod.)

:

means a modification to an existing position. The indications relating to this position in the current supplement replace those in the 2021 consolidated version;

—

(del.)

:

means that the position and all indications which relate to it are deleted from the common catalogue.

 This supplement concerns the varieties notified for which the provisions laid down in Article 16(1) of Council Directive 2002/55/EC (2) apply.

6.

 When the code of a maintainer does not appear in the 2021 consolidated version, the name of the maintainer and his address may be obtained from the authority indicated in the list for the Member State or EFTA country concerned.
