On 20 March 2015, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration between Dr. August Oetker KG (Dr. Oetker, Germany) and Conditorei Coppenrath & Wiese GmbH & Co KG (Coppenrath & Wiese, Germany). On 15 April 2015, the notifying party/ies informed the Commission that it/they withdrew its/their notification.
