Modification of the cut-off dates of the continuously open call for the proposals of the Research Programme of the Research Fund for Coal and Steel as referred to in Article 25 of the Council Decision 2008/376/EC for the years 2012 and 2013

In accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of the Council Decision 2008/376/EC on the adoption of the Research Programme of the Research Fund for Coal and Steel and on the multiannual technical guidelines for this programme (1), allowing the Commission the possibility to alter the cut-off date of 15 September of each year for the submission of proposals for evaluation in accordance with Article 41(d) of this Decision, the Commission has decided that the cut-off date applicable for 2012 will be 18 September 2012 and the cut-off date applicable for 2013 will be 17 September 2013. This modification enters in force on the date of publication of this notice in the Official Journal.
