Taking of the oath by a new Member of the Court of Justice

Following his appointment as Judge at the Court of Justice for the period from 7 October 2010 to 6 October 2012 by decision of the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States of the European Union of 29 September 2010, (1) Mr Jarašiūnas took the oath before the Court on 6 October 2010.
