Hereby the complainants in these proceedings are informed that:

the complaint they have submitted relating to the creation of mixed companies by AUMSA (public company of the municipality of Valencia), is being dealt together with own initiative Case 2006/2366, relating to the creation of mixed companies by IVVSA (public company of the regional government of Valencia); |
|
2. |
on Joint Cases 2006/4524 and 2006/2366, the Commission sent a reasoned opinion to the Spanish authorities on 23 September 2008; |
|
3. |
