Once the written tests (b) and (c) have been marked, the candidates (1) (see table below) with the highest marks for all the written tests combined (and the pass-mark in each) will be admitted to the oral test (d).

Interview with the Selection Board in English, French or German, depending on your choice made at the time of electronic registration, to enable it to assess:

your suitability to carry out the duties described at section A.I.,

your specialist knowledge in the field concerned,

your knowledge of the European Union, its institutions and its policies,

your ability to adjust to working as a European civil servant in a multicultural environment.

Knowledge of your main language will also be examined.

This test will be marked out of 50 (pass-mark: 25).
