By his application based on Articles 278 and 279 TFEU, the applicant seeks suspension of the operation of the decision of the European Commission of 12 December 2024, under reference Ares(2024)8930608, imposing on him a disciplinary penalty consisting of a deduction from his retirement pension up to the minimum subsistence figure, for a period of ten years, and of the Commission’s decision of 16 June 2025, under reference Ares(2025)4804277, rejecting his complaint lodged on 11 February 2025, pursuant to Article 90(2) of the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union.

Operative part

1)	The application for interim measures is dismissed.

2)	The order of 1 August 2025, LB/Commission (T-514/25 R, not published) is cancelled.
