Orders the European Commission to bear its own costs and to pay the costs incurred by AO Nevinnomysskiy Azot and AO Novomoskovskaya Aktsionernaya Kompania NAK ‘Azot’; |

Orders Fertilizers Europe to bear its own costs. |
